Reading assignments for Docs can now be assigned to individual users in addition to members of the Doc's space or specific seats in the Accountability Chart

The Strety Traction Report gives you a visual summary of your team’s activity from the last 90 days. Use it to review Traction, Rocks, Scorecard data, Issues, Accountability Chart details, and Vision/Traction Organizer (V/TO) progress before a Quarterly Planning Session.

You can also generate a secure, shareable link for an EOS Implementer, Coach, or Guide, or another non-Strety viewer so they can review the report without needing a Strety license.

Once connected, ask your AI tool to interact with EOS data in real time — use it to make your Rocks SMART, check-in your Scorecards, prep for L10s, log an Issue, help you build a project plan, & much more — then instruct how you want the information updated back in Strety using natural language

You can now add an additional manager to any review!

The additional manager will complete the same review form as the direct manager and will be able to participate in the review agenda in Strety

Note: Only managers up the chain from the direct manager are able to be selected

You can now create sections of Reviews meant for only the manager or reviewee to fill-out.

You can also now determine if the sections are required or optional for the assigned people, providing two extra levels of customization for who should answer which questions!

We've now made it easier/faster to add new To Do Lists to your To Do lists. To add a new To Do List, scroll to the bottom of the page and click Add To-Do List

You can now export all the To Dos in any team, person, or project space via CSV.

We've added category filters to Scorecard & Rock pages so you can filter in/out categories from your table views - great for separating items in 1x1 or Custom Agenda discussions

Tired of seeing the same Tangent Alert GIF? So were we. You can now setup a playlist of Tangent Alert GIFs that will rotate through your meetings.

Search for specific users in the Accountability Chart in addition to the seat title. If a user is assigned to multiple seats, you'll be able to quickly view & select the seat you're searching for

You now have the option to make all peer feedback visible to the reviewee in any Strety Review Agenda

If enabled, the peer feedback is still 100% anonymous to the reviewee, but they'll see an aggregated report of all collected peer feedback from the review/review cycle

​Why did we make this change: Docs better aligns with how we view this feature today & going forward. Docs are versatile - a Doc can be a Playbook, an SOP, a Policy, or a Story (or anything else). You can even create your own custom Doc categories to organize your collection(s) your way

If you'd prefer to revert the naming convention back to Playbooks, you can update from Adminland --> Tool Names

You can now invite non-leadership team members to evaluate specific users in the People Analyzer! Most commonly, it allows managers to evaluate their direct reports or skip-level reports without needing them to be on the leadership team - but you can set it up so that anyone can evaluate anyone!

Previously, we had you set The Bar on each specific Core Value. We've updated The Bar to reflect EOS best practice, so you now select how many Core Values must be a plus (+) from your VTO's total number of Core Values, the rest can be a plus/minus (+/-). No minuses (-) are allowed

We've all forgot to conclude a Strety agenda - now, when an active agenda has been inactive for 60 mins, we'll push a pop-up asking Are you still there? If the host does not confirm by clicking Yes, I'm still here", after 30 mins, we'll auto-close the agenda!
