The Strety Traction Report gives you a visual summary of your team’s activity from the last 90 days. Use it to review Traction, Rocks, Scorecard data, Issues, Accountability Chart details, and Vision/Traction Organizer (V/TO) progress before a Quarterly Planning Session.
You can also generate a secure, shareable link for an EOS Implementer, Coach, or Guide, or another non-Strety viewer so they can review the report without needing a Strety license.
The video above provides a full walkthrough of the Strety Traction Report. For written details about what is included, where to find it, how to customize it, and how to share it externally, continue to the sections below.
What a Traction Report includes

How to customize your Traction Report

Enable or disable the sections you want to make visible in the Traction Report. You can also drag and drop sections into your preferred order using the icon to the left of each section name.
How to share a Traction Report externally
You can generate a unique, public, read-only URL to share with people outside your Strety workspace. This is useful when you want an EOS Implementer, Coach, or Guide, or another non-Strety viewer to review your data before a Quarterly Planning Session.
Anyone with the shared URL can view, copy, download, or print the Traction Report.
Note: The link is public to anyone who has the URL, but it is not searchable in public indexes. You can disable the link at any time.
To generate a shareable link to a Traction Report:
Click Share in the top-right corner of your Traction Report.
Select Turn on public link from the pop-up window, then copy the URL.
How to disable a shareable link
To disable the active Traction Report URL, click Share from the Traction Report and select Turn off public link.
You can generate a new URL whenever necessary.
Note: Attempting to access an old URL will result in a “page can’t be found” error.
How the Accountability Chart section works
The Accountability Chart section is broken down by layer. To see the sub-seats or branches of a specific seat, click View x roles at the bottom of the seat card.
Once selected, Strety takes you to the section of the report with all sub-roles of the parent seat. Strety also highlights the name of the parent seat so it’s clear what you’re viewing.
