Strety's Observer User is a free user type that allows you to provide everyone in your organization access & visibility to your EOS tool(s) without incurring extra cost!
Observers are restricted to (mostly) read-only access throughout the platform, but we've enabled them with a few extra permissions to ensure their participation & representation where you need them.

How to Invite an Observer User
Invite the user(s) from Adminland and select Observer from the role dropdown
Observer users will be identified with a light blue ring around their avatar throughout Strety
Downgrading to an Observer
If you need to downgrade a user to an Observer, you can perform the function directly from Users in Adminland by changing their Role
When you downgrade a user to Observer, the following irreversible actions take place:
Unassign them from all rocks, milestones, scorecards, and to-dos
Remove their ownership from all issues, headlines, playbooks, and processes
Remove them from all playbook assignments, cascading messages, and check-in questions
Remove them as evaluator from active people analyzer™
Delete their unfinished reviews and cancel pending review requests
Delete all their OAuth applications, personal integrations (except Slack and MS Teams bots), and todo sync presets
Restrict them to read-only access in the spaces they belong to
Here's a video overview showing how the changes look after downgrading:
