How to create & run a review in Strety:

Creating Review Templates

Review Templates allow you to set-up templates for different review types or specific teams, making it easy to standardize the review process for each review cycle across your org

If you want to create Review Template(s) that can be accessed & used by any manager, go to Review Templates page from Adminland

Give the template a name that will make it clear to everyone what the template is for and click Create Review Template

To add sections/questions to the review template click the template title and begin adding sections. Make sure to Save the form as you build - you can always go back and edit it later

Once the Review Template has been saved, it will be accessible whenever a manager wants to kick-off a review with a direct report

Peer Reviews

Custom Answer Templates (Question Types)

Reviews can cover anything and no two organizations do them exactly the same way. To to meet that need, Strety allows organizations to create their own Custom Answer Templates so you can style & run your Reviews, your way!

Here's a short list of Answer Templates we'd recommend adding to your list:

  • Yes/No/Sometimes - To mirror the Understands It, Wants It, Can Handle It (GWC) style from the Roles Review and Core Values Review

  • Rating Scale - Add 1-3, 1-5, or 1-10 options for questions requiring a rating

  • Performance

    • A, B, C, D, F

    • Above Average, Average, Below Average

    • High, Medium, Low

  • Frequency - Always, Sometimes, Never
