Agenda Templates
(Pre)setup your teams for success by creating agenda templates that anyone can use!
Building custom Agenda Templates can help save your team time and ensure consistency across any type of meeting. Admins can create templates for any/all of your recurring meeting types that anyone in the organization can then use when building their custom and 1x1 agendas.

Review Templates
Review Templates are a great way to ensure that your managers are asking the right questions and collecting the right feedback from your people. Admins can create templates that any manager in the organization can use them when conducting reviews with any of their reports or skip-levels.

Tool Names
Want to change the name of "Rocks" to "Goals", "To Dos" to "Action Items", or "Reviews" to "Evaluations" - the power is in your hands, Admins! They say it comes with great responsibility, so yield it well
From the Tool Names section, you can customize what each Strety Tool is called, allowing your team to use your own verbiage throughout the platform. We hope this helps your team get up to speed in Strety that much more quickly
You'll see the changes reflected throughout the Team pages:
And even in L10 meetings
Headline Categories
Headlines can cover a wide variety of categories. If you want to add an extra layer of categorization or structure to your Headline section, you can create custom categories for the purpose
Tip: Add categories that lead your team into adding the types of Headlines you want them sharing (ex. 'Customer shout-outs' or 'Personal Updates;'
GIFS
Business meetings can be fun and Strety supports fun! You can now customise the GIFs that play at the completion of your meetings or when your team inevitably goes off on a tangent during an L10
