Keep a pulse on your people via Strety's collection of pre-built employee surveys! To access Surveys, head to your Leadership team:

The 4 surveys above are only available to the Leadership team - or whichever team you have designated as the Leadership team in your Organization Settings. All other teams can create their own custom surveys (see below)

Check out this video for a high-level walkthrough of Strety Surveys:

Organizational Check-up

The Organizational Checkup is a series of 20 questions that you rate your organization on a scale of 1-5. Each question corresponds to the Six Key Components® of any business. If you answer honestly, you can clearly identify what components are lacking and holding you back from breaking through the ceiling.

This survey is meant to be done quarterly at a Leadership team level

Vibe Check

The Vibe Check Survey is meant to be sent out to the whole organization weekly to gather insights on how employees are feeling about the workplace. These questions will rotate weekly and over time will provide great insights into the vibe of Strety

eNPS

eNPS stands for Employee Net Promoter Score. It's a survey-based metric that measures how likely employees are to recommend their company to others.

The survey will ask employees to rate their likelihood of recommending the company on a scale of 0–10. Responses are categorized into Promoters (9–10), Passives (7–8), and Detractors (0–6). The eNPS score is calculated based on the distribution of these responses

Cultural Check-Up

The Culture CheckUp is an EOS tool to help you assess the intentionality and healthiness of your current company culture. It's meant to be sent less regularly than the Vibe Check Survey.
