Strety Reports | Complete Guide

Understand Strety Reports, including Overview, Rocks, Agendas, Issues, To Dos, Assignments, Projects, and Shoutouts reporting.

Written by Derek Weaver

Reports give you a centralized view of your team’s progress, meeting cadence, Rocks, Issues, To Dos, Assignments, Projects, Shoutouts, and personal assignments in Strety. Use this guide to understand what each Reports tab includes, how filters affect your data, and how to drill into report cards for more detail.

Navigating through Reports

You can access Reports from the navigation bar. The data you see in Reports depends on your user access, permissions, and the Team Spaces you belong to.

reports-navigation-page.jpg

You can access different Reports through the tabs at the top of the Reports page.

Each report has filters that update the report data based on your selections.

Most report cards can be selected to open a drilldown view. Drilldowns show the specific items that make up the number shown on the card. In many drilldowns, you can select an item to open it directly and make updates as needed.

You can also hover over report cards to see more detail about the data and tooltips that explain how Strety calculates the metric.

Overview report

At the top of the Overview report, you can use filters to narrow the data by:

  • Quarter and Year

  • Team Space

The Overview tab gives you a high-level summary of performance across your selected quarter and Team Spaces.

Overall health

The overall health section includes summary cards for:

overview-overall-health-cards.jpg
  • Meeting rating: Average rating of completed L10 meetings across all teams this quarter, on a 1-10 scale. It reflects how well your Level 10 meetings are run. EOS considers 8 or above healthy.

  • Rocks: Share of active Rocks across all teams that are on track. Off-track Rocks count against the score. EOS aims for 80% done each quarter.

  • Scorecard: Share of active weekly Measurables across the teams you can see whose most recent weekly check-in is on target. Measurables that are off target or not yet checked in count against the score. Each Measurable follows its own team's Scorecard week settings.

  • Issues solved: Share of Issues opened this quarter across all teams that the team has since solved.

  • To Do completion: To Dos due this quarter completed on or before their due date, divided by all To Dos due this quarter. Late or still-open ones count against it. EOS calls a To Do a 7-day action item and aims for 90% done every week.

overview-trends-charts.jpg

The trends section shows how key metrics changed during the selected quarter, including:

  • Meeting rating trends: The dot is the average rating of the L10s completed each week. The bar is the range, from the lowest-rated L10 to the highest. The dashed line is the target of 8.

  • Rock status: How the quarter's Rocks stood at the end of each week, from the check-ins they had by then. Every week counts the same Rocks, so the bar height is the quarter's Rocks count.

  • Issue Trend: The open Issues pile at the end of each week, and how many were raised and solved within it.

Cadence by team

The Cadence by team section summarizes each team’s progress and meeting cadence. It includes details such as:

  • L10s held

  • Average rating for the held L10s

  • Scorecard performance

  • Rocks checked in

  • To Dos completion percentage

Select a team from this list to open that team's Overview page.

Rocks report

The Rocks tab shows the health and progress of Rocks across your selected filters.

At the top of the Rocks report, you can use filters to narrow the data by:

  • Quarter and Year

  • Team Space

Annual Goals

rocks-annual-goals-button.gif

Select the What are your Annual Goals button on the top right of this report to view the Annual Goals listed in your Company V/TO.

Overall Rock health

rocks-overall-health-cards.jpg

The overall health section includes:

  • Health: Percentage of Rocks on track or completed in the selected quarter. Higher is better.

  • Milestone completion: Percentage of milestones completed on Rocks due this quarter. Higher is better.

  • Off Track: Share of this quarter's Rocks currently off track. Lower is better; aim for 20% or under.

  • Stale Check ins: Share of in-progress Rocks due this quarter with no check-in in the last 14 days. Completed Rocks and Rocks created inside that window are not counted. Lower is better.

  • Overdue Rocks

Select a card to open a drilldown view of the Rocks included in that metric.

rocks-trends-charts.jpg

The trends section includes:

  • Rock status: How the quarter's Rocks stood at the end of each week, from the check-ins they had by then. Every week counts the same Rocks, so the bar height is the quarter's Rocks count.

  • Milestone Burn-Up: The milestones on this quarter's Rocks: how many were completed by the end of each week against how many had come due by then. A widening gap is the schedule slipping.

  • Finish pace: The quarter's Rocks marked complete by the end of each week, against the pace that lands 80% of them by the quarter's end, which is the share EOS aims for. Below the line is behind pace.

Rocks list

The Rocks list shows Company Rocks, then Rocks from specific teams you are a member of.

Agendas report

The Agendas tab shows reporting for Level 10 Meetings, or L10s, across your selected Team Spaces.

At the top of the Agendas report, you can use filters to narrow the data by:

  • Quarter and Year

  • Team Space

Overall L10 health

The overall health section includes:

agendas-overall-l10-health-cards.jpg
  • L10s held: Weeks in which each team completed an L10, as a share of the weeks so far. Counts teams that have ever completed one; other agenda types are not counted. EOS runs the L10 every week. Higher is better.

  • Average rating: Average rating of completed L10s, on a 1 to 10 scale. EOS calls 8 or above healthy; a straight 10 every week is worth a second look. Higher is better.

  • Duration: How long completed L10s ran, from the meeting timer. EOS boxes the L10 at 90 minutes. Under an hour is not a failure, but worth a look.

  • IDS time: Minutes the IDS section ran, from its timer, averaged over timed L10s. EOS gives IDS 60 of the 90 minutes. Under 30 is worth a look.

agendas-l10-trends-charts.jpg

The trends section shows week-by-week activity, including:

  • L10s Held by Week: Teams that completed an L10 each week. The gray track is every team that runs L10s.

  • Average Rating by Week: The dot is the average rating that week. The bar is the range, from the lowest-rated L10 to the highest. The dashed line is the target of 8.

Most L10s Missed

Teams that skipped a week, most missed first. Teams that held an L10 every week are not listed.

Recent L10s

Latest completed L10s. Rating, how long each meeting ran, and how many of its To Dos are done.

Issues report

The Issues tab helps you understand how Issues are being raised, solved, and carried over.

At the top of the Issues report, you can use filters to narrow the data by:

  • Quarter and Year

  • Team Space

Overall Issue health

issues-overall-health-cards.jpg

The overall health section includes:

  • Solve rate: Issues raised this quarter that have since been solved. Higher is better.

  • Solved with a To-Do: Issues solved this quarter that produced at least one To Do. A real solve usually ends in a To Do, but an awareness solve does not, so there is no target.

  • Solved per L10: Issues solved during L10s this quarter, divided by the number of completed L10s. The bar shows how many L10s solved none, one to eight, and more than eight. More than eight in one L10 usually means Issues are being rushed.

  • Average days to solve: Average days from raised to solved for Issues solved this quarter. The bar shows how many were solved within a week, within three weeks, and past three weeks. Lower is better.

  • Stale: Open short-term Issues older than three weeks, as a share of everything open right now. An Issue that sits through several L10s is one the team is avoiding. Lower is better.

Running totals of Issues raised and solved through each week of the quarter. The gap between the lines is what is still open.

issues-trend-chart.jpg

Oldest Open

The oldest open short-term Issues in the filtered teams. Past three weeks, an Issue counts as stale.

issues-oldest-open-list.jpg

Recently Solved

The last 10 Issues solved this quarter, with the resolution and the To Dos each one produced. Look closely at the ones without one.

issues-recently-solved-list.jpg

To Dos report

The To Dos tab shows completion trends, overdue work, and items that need attention.

At the top of the To Dos report, you can use filters to narrow the data by:

  • Quarter and Year

  • Team Space

Overall To Dos health

to-dos-overall-health-cards.jpg

The overall health section includes:

  • Done on time: Of the To Dos due so far this quarter, the share completed on or before their due date. Late or still-open To Dos count against it. EOS expects 90% of To Dos done every week. Higher is better.

  • Average days to complete: Average days from creation to completion for To Dos created this quarter that have been completed. EOS treats a To Do as a 7-day commitment. The bar shows how many took a week or less, 8 to 14 days, and longer. Lower is better.

  • Overdue now: Open To Dos in the filtered teams whose due date has passed, as of today. This is a count to clear this week. Lower is better.

The trends section includes:

to-dos-trends-charts.jpg
  • Done on Time by Week: Of the To Dos due each week, the share done on or before the date. The dashed line is the 90% EOS rule of thumb; amber weeks fell under it.

  • Days to Complete by Week: The dot is the average days from creation to completion for To Dos finished that week. The bar is the range, fastest to slowest. The dashed line is the 7-day EOS commitment.

Needs Attention

to-dos-needs-attention-section.jpg

The Needs Attention section highlights items that may need further checking and follow-up, including:

  • Oldest open: Days since the To Do was opened

  • Most reassigned: Number of times the To Do owner changed

  • Most Moved due dates: Number of times the due date was moved or changed

Assignments report

The Assignments tab helps you review items assigned to you or related to you across Strety.

This tab can include a personal view of your work, including Rocks, Scorecard measurables, To Dos, and open items.

At the top of the Assignments report, you can use the Person filter to select whose data you want to review.

Overall Health

assignments-overall-health-cards.jpg

The assignment health section includes:

  • Rocks on Track: How many of your Rocks are on track, week by week. A completed Rock counts as on track.

  • Milestones Completed: Share of the milestones assigned to you that are complete, including ones on Rocks you don't own.

  • Weekly Measurables at Goal: How many of your weekly Measurables hit their goal this week. The chart tracks the last 6 weeks, ending with the current one.

  • To Do on-time rate: Of the To Dos completed in the last 90 days that had a due date, the share finished on or before it. Ones with no due date are excluded. The open and overdue counts are current, not limited to that window. EOS calls a To Do a 7-day action item and aims for 90% on time.

Assigned work sections

The Assignments tab includes:

  • Rocks: A list of Rocks related to you, including progress and status details

  • Overdue: Open projects past their due date as of the quarter's reading day

  • Delivered on time: Projects finished during the quarter and completed by the due date

Projects List View
