Roles & Permissions
Account Owners
Account Owners are the highest permission role in Strety and have full access to all Adminland's settings.
Account Owners have the following permissions:
Account Owners see billing information, receive billing notifications, and update billing information.
Account Owners can cancel and delete their company's Strety account.
Account Owners can edit company information such as name and logo
Account Owners can grant others access to Person/Secret Spaces
Account Owners can also do everything Admins can do
Admins
Admins have access to most of Adminland's settings, incl. the ability to invite users to the account and create new teams.
Admins have the following permissions:
Admins can view all information in any Private Team, even if they are not on the team. That includes all Rocks, Issues, To Dos, Scorecard Metrics, Headlines, and Agendas
Admins can create & assign items to anyone on any team throughout the organization
Admins can view & edit anything within the Company Vision & Roles Charts
Members
Members will make-up the majority of your Strety users. Members have the following permissions:
Members only have access to the teams they are on and the personal items about them.
If they are manager of another person, they will see that information and down the chain.
Members can integrate Strety with our Microsoft Teams app and sync Strety To-Dos with Microsoft Planner, or MIcrosoft To Do
Members can set-up their own custom To-Do default linkages
Members can set-up their custom notification preferences
Coaches
Coaches share many of the same permissions as Admins, with a few caveats
Coaches are non-billable - limited to 2 per account
Coaches can be be assigned as a subscriber to any team's L10 summary
Coaches have the following permissions:
Coaches can view all information about Teams. That includes all Rocks, Issues, To Dos, Scorecard Metrics, Headlines, and Agendas
Coaches can create & assign items to anyone on any team throughout the organization
Coaches can invite users to Strety
Coaches can assign/reassign roles and managers for any user
Coaches can view & edit anything within the Company Vision & Roles Charts
Coaches can deactivate users
Clients

Personal/Private Items
None of the roles above have visibility into personal/private items (unless they are that person's manager or skip level manager)
How to Change or Reassign Roles
From the People page in Adminland, click in the Role column and reassign a someone's role
