How to Set Up "Default Linking" For Linked To Dos

If you're taking advantage of our To Do linking feature and sending Strety To Dos to one of our integrations, we allow you to set defaults for your user that will automatically send your To Dos to your preferred destination.

How to Set-up Default Linking

From your personal Integrations page, toggle on the Default Linking setting

NOTE: this is a personal setting where all To Dos you are assigned will automatically be be sent to your desired destination. Soon we'll extend Default Linking settings to the Team level

Default Linking to Microsoft Planner

Select the Planner you want to default to:

Default Linking to Microsoft To Do

Select the List you want to default to:

Default Linking to Connectwise

Select the company, board, and owner you want to default to:

Select the account, priority, and queue you want to default to:

Select the type, agent, and customer you want to default to:
