Setting-up Manager-Direct Report relationships is one of the first things we recommend doing after you've invited your team. Once the relationship is established, two things will happen:
A 1x1 agenda will be automatically generated between the Manager & Direct Report
The Manager will gain visibility into their Direct Report's Personal Space, allowing them to see all assigned items
Adding a Direct Report
From the People dropdown, click Add Direct Report
Locate the Member(s) that report to you then click Add as Direct Report
NOTE: If the Direct Report already has a manager assigned, we will remove them and replace with yourself. The Direct Report & former Manager will both receive an email notifying them of the change
Assigning Managers from Adminland
If you are an Admin or Account Owner, you can navigate to Adminland then access the People section. Locate the direct report and click the Manager field to assign their manager
You can also click the 3-Dot Edit Menu and assign the Manager via the dropdown
NOTE: Managers and Skip-Level managers can see all of their Direct Reports data
