How to Create To Dos
Create a new To Do from Quick Create or from a Team or your Person To Do Space
Give your To Do a Name and Description then assign a Primary Space, an Owner, a List and/or Priority (if desired) and add any other Subscribers (if needed).
Lastly, you can Link to an Integration if you'd like to integrate the To Do with a 3rd part platform
You can also add To Dos inline anywhere in the platform, including editing the Due Date and Owner by clicking inline
Duplicating To Dos
If you want to create the same To Do for multiple people, click the Duplicate button and add everyone you need - To Dos will be created separately for each assignee
How to Share To Dos: Team vs Personal To Dos
A To Do must always have a Primary Space. It can be a Team Space or a Person Space and can then be shared to any other spaces you have access to.

Team To Dos
For any To Do assigned within a Team Space we automatically share it with the owner's Person Space; this enables the assignee to see all their assigned To Dos from across all Teams in their Personal Overview Page
Personal To Dos
For To Dos that are meant to be Personal you can set the Primary Team as your Personal Space and it will only be viewable by yourself and your manager(s).
Sharing To Dos with Multiple Team(s) or People
Share a To Do with additional Team or Person Spaces by clicking the + sign beneath the Spaces shared with section
Sharing a To Do makes makes it visible in those other To Do lists - perfect for To Dos that impact multiple teams, so everyone can stay informed!
How to Create Recurring To Dos
Here's a short video overview on Strety's recurring To Dos
Recurring To Do Rules
A new recurring To Do will be created only after the current To Do is completed
The next To Do's due date is generated off the previous To Do's due date
I.e If you complete a weekly recurring To Do with a due date of August 8, the next To Do will be created with a due date of August 15
You can create recurring To Dos without an assignee
If a recurring To Do is linked to a 3rd party integration and is completed in that platform, a new recurring To Do will be created in Strety upon receiving it's completion status
To Do List Templates can only be created by Account Admins
Kanban View
An added benefit of creating To Do lists is displaying your To Dos in Kanban view. Once you have your lists set-up, click View As Kanban, where you can drag & drop your To Dos from list to list

How to Create a Checklist (Subtasks)
Add a Checklist to breakdown your To Do into smaller subtasks:

From both Kanban & List view, you'll see a visual representation of how many checklist subtasks have been completed:
To Do Templates
To Do Templates can be created with preset descriptions, checklist items, and/or Custom To Do Fields, helping to standardize the way your team interacts with To Dos around certain types of tasks and speed up their standup time
For example, our Marketing team uses Strety to manage their blog posts. Rather can create an entire Project or a To Do List to manage a blog's release, we've created a To Do with a checklist outlining the sub tasks that go into publishing a blog. We create a To Do from the template for each new blog, which cuts down on the set-up time and standardizes the way our team works
To create a To Do Template, navigate to Adminland -> Templates -> To Do Templates and click Create
Setup your To Do Template by giving it a name, description (incl. formatting), checklist items (if needed), & Custom Fields (if needed) then click Create
You can also quickly turn an existing To Do into a template by clicking Create as Template from within the To Do itself
You can create new To Dos from To Do Templates from multiple areas:
From the Create button
2. By clicking on the 3-dot menu from List View
3. By clicking the 3-dot menu from Kanban View
Once you choose your desired template, you can make edits or adjustments before creating the To Do

How to Create To Do Lists
To Do Lists are a great way to add organization to your Team or Personal To Dos. To add a list, click Create To Do List from any To Do page
New To Dos can be added inline within existing lists or added separately from a list. You can also drag & drop existing To Dos between and in/out of lists via the 6-dots to the left of the name
Note: To Do Lists are space specific, so if a To Do is assigned to a particular list in a team space, it can be assigned to a different list in any other space it is shared with, including your person space
To Do List Templates
If you have set(s) of recurring or repeatable To Dos, create a To Do List Template and cut down on the setup time! You can create a To Do List Template from any existing list or via Adminland's Template page
To use a To Do List Template click Create To-Do List from any space's to do page, then select Create To-Do List from Template
How to Sync Strety To Dos w/ 3rd Party Integrations
For many To Dos that originate within Strety, the work happens somewhere else. In efforts to reduce duplicative work and meet people where they actually work, we have a growing list of platforms you can create, link, and bi-directionally sync To-Dos with:
The best part is when those tickets or tasks are completed within those platforms, the To-Do will automatically complete back in Strety
How to Set Defaults for Linked To Dos
If you find yourself sending every To Do you are assigned in Strety to the same 3rd party integration, set-up Default Linking and save yourself a lot of clicks!

Adding To Do Custom Fields
To Do Custom Fields provides an additional way to identify or tag Strety To Dos specific to the way your team or project works - allowing for greater organization & categorization on a space-by-space level

To Dos Added & Resolved: A weekly breakdown of all added & resolved To Dos per Team. A great way to look back, especially after a busy week or some time off!
To Dos Currently Open: Filterable To Do report by Teams & Assignees. Great for managers to see how much is on everyone's plate
To Do Analysis: Comprehensive, filterable To Do report to any To Dos that have been reassigned, have had their due dates pushed-out, growing stagnant, and that you assigned to other users
