How to Create To Do Custom Fields

To Do Custom Fields provides an additional way to identify or tag Strety To Dos specific to the way your team or project works - allowing for greater organization & categorization on a space-by-space level

How to Create Custom Fields

Head to Adminland and select To Do Custom Fields

To setup a new custom field category, select Add Custom Field

Give your custom field category a name and add custom field options; you can also change the color and icons for each field option

In the example below, you see am example of a product/development team's custom fields to help them identify if a To Do is related to a specific version of an application:


Adding Custom Fields to Spaces

To enable custom field(s) in a Team, Person, or Project Space, click the 3-dot menu from the space's overview page and select To Do Custom Fields

Che dropdown and select the custom field collection(s) you want to make available in the space


How to Tag To Dos with Custom Fields

Open any To Do in a space where Custom Fields have been added and tag the To Do from the right menu pane

Custom Fields are visible in both the Kanban & List view
