Strety's HR Center provides a quick & comprehensive overview of your greatest resource - your people!
Video Overview
The HR Center is comprised of dashboards & reports that allow you to track & drilldown into:
1:1s completed
Reviews completed
User management
Org wide templates for agendas & reviews
Granting Access to HR Center
The HR Center is accessible from the People dropdown in the top nav bar
By default Account Owners are the only users with access to the HR Center. To provide access for other users, click on the people icon within the HR Center and add your additional user(s)
HR Center Permissions
The HR Center allows members to see whether 1:1 meetings & Reviews are happening, but it doesn't provide automatic access to the contents of each 1:1 and Review - access to the specific 1:1 & Review content is still determined by whether the user has access to the person space the 1:1 or Review is associated with.
By default, direct Managers and any managers up the chain (Skip-Level Managers) have access to a user's Person Space
To provide additional viability into the contents of 1:1s & Reviews for non-managers, check out our HR Permission doc
