Buckle up, we've got a lot of new stuff to share!

🀫 Secret Team Spaces

Shhhh, don't tell anyone, but you can have a Secret Team Space in Strety now! This means that you can create a team that only members have access. Unlink all the current teams that are accessible by anyone who is an ADMIN or OWNER type in Strety.

πŸ‘€ Adding HR people to Person Spaces & Pulse Reports

A common request was for HR people to see 1x1s and Reviews of everyone in an organization. Well now any ACCOUNT OWNER user in Strety can add that HR user to any Person Space, even if they are not on the managerial chain. This also means that HR person can see reporting across the organization on 1x1 and Reviews. They can even set-up & kick-off a review on behalf of managers! For non Direct Reports, you can visit the new ALL PEOPLE page in your people dropdown. That will give you easy access to people you have access to. Check out this video to see how it works

🀝 Customize Answers on Reviews

Is this the month of HR people???? We think it might be. Now you can customize answers for custom questions in reviews. This is great for 360 reviews when you want to add your own multiple choice or something even more clever! Read all about our POWERHOUSE review enhancements here

πŸ“ˆNew Pulse Report: To-Do Analysis

Ever wondered which To-Dos were reassigned the most? Or how about which To-Dos due date changed the most? Or lets keep this going... which To-Dos are the oldest and still open? Or what the status is of the To-Dos you created for others over the last few weeks. Well in our newest Pulse Report, we tell you all those things and they are completely customizable by team, person, or date range. more to come here too.

βœ… To-Do Lists

Let's organize your To-Dos better! We've introduced To-Do Lists which can be done at the Team Level or Person level. Our head of Marketing lives by these lists since she uses Strety for her day to day job. See example here.

⚠️ To-Do Priorities

Thanks to a few active customers, we were nudged ever so slightly to add Priorities to To-Dos. Also great for daily To-Do management. We added filters for these on To-Do pages and in Pulse Reports!

πŸ•Ί Google SSO & Google Task Integration

We pride ourselves on being the most integrated B.O.S. platform in the market. And we just released Google integration for SSO and for linking To-Dos to Google Tasks. Even if already have an account, you can just log in with Google and we'll switch you automatically to using Google SSO afterwards.

😚 Assigning Managers for 1x1s just got Easier

Two big changes this month. First, in Adminland, on the People page, you can change manager (and role) inline. No longer have to click into the person to edit. And secondly, from the People Dropdown you can add a Direct Report (or request to add someone if you aren't an admin). We cover it all here!

πŸ§— Vision now available on Teams & Person

We know not only Leadership has its own "vision" but teams do and so do people. You can turn on the Vision tool per team or per person from the three dot menu on their space page. Check it out.

But wait... there is more!!

These are the smaller but still cool features we added

  1. More Coach Love - You can now be added to Team Spaces and be assigned anything. And if you refer us clients, we can pay a fee!

  2. Activity Feed on To-Dos - We now track and show when a To-Do was reassigned or change due date

  3. Admins can be assigned subscribers of agenda summaries - This way you can get pushed a summary email from a meeting that has taken place

  4. Milestones on Home Page - We now show any upcoming milestones on your home page!

  5. Microsoft Planner Buckets - If you create a To-Do in Strety and link to planner, you can now link to a bucket.
