We're continually making improvements to Strety as you can probably sense. So here are the big changes since our last changelog 5 weeks ago.

πŸ”” Completely New Notifications with @ mentions

We believe Strety to be a productivity & collaboration product and therefore world-class notifications are needed. So, we threw out our old notification code base and re-wrote it from scratch over the last few weeks. Here are a few highlights of what's new: We included optionality on what you will be notified of and how you will be notified - Teams vs Email. We've added the all important @ mentions so you can directly ping someone in a comment. Lastly, we provided a way to edit notification subscribers on specific items, putting the notification power back in your hands. You can now view all notifications from the in-app navigation bar. Read all about the changes here

πŸ“ˆ Pulse Reports

Your teams are busy running L10s, 1x1s, and tackling issues & to dos throughout their week, it can be tough to stay on top of everything going on. That's why we built the Strety Pulse Report - accessed in the top navigation bar. Now, managers, leaders, and facilitators can see what's going on across the entire organization. You can even apply team or date range filters for more customizable drilldown reporting. Check out our Pulse Report Overview to see how it works.

πŸ‘€ Card View in Scorecards

Aren't tables of data boring some times? We think so. In scorecards, you can now change the view to "Cards" and you'll have a new one way to look at your same metrics. Dare I say... a much nicer way. Checkout this screenshot for an example.

βœ… Microsoft To-Do Integration

Microsoft finally released their To-Do API, so we added it to our list of To-Do integrations (joing MS Planner & multiple PSA tools). We personally love Microsoft To-Do so if you are looking for a To-Do product outside of Strety, we highly recommend it. Here's how to integrate To Do with Strety

πŸ’Ό Reviews Customization Enhancements

We dedicated a big chunk of time to enhancing reviews. You can now save review templates, ask custom questions, create reviews from scratch and more. Whether you're running a formal review or want to add some structure to your informal quarterly convos, we've got you covered! See a demo of our Review feature here. Be on the lookout for Peer Reviews, coming soon!

🀝 Customizing Names in Vision Pages & Added Metrics

In Vision pages, we made enhancements to align more with how you want to see/read your Vision pages. Depends on your BOS of course. We'll continue adding customization for these names.

πŸͺ¨ Rock Backlog!

Let's say you create a Rock but it's not ready to be done yet. Now you can save it to the "Backlog" and move it to In Progress when it's time! This way you can create the rock and not forget to get it done in upcoming quarters.

πŸš€ And more fun...

There's always small-ish things we work on that bring your feature requests to life. Check out the highlights that didn't make the list above

  1. Converting an item into another item - Convert Headlines, Issues, and To Dos into other item types in case you mistakenly add it - big click saver!

  2. Scorecard improvements - Froze the title column so you always see the name, improved date range picker, added team column in scorecard

  3. Deactivating a User - Now you can deactivate a user and still maintain a record of their assigned items

  4. Template Center - Moved to Adminland for easier access, set-up templates for your org's 1x1s, daily huddles, client onboarding meetings, and more!

  5. External Assignees in Roles Chart - You can now add non Strety users to roles in your Roles Chart

  6. Responsibility descriptions in Roles Chart - You can add descriptions to responsibilities and re-order them in a role.

If you made it this far again, I thank you!!! We're doing this all for you.

Brian

CEO, Strety
