Strety Report allows you to view activity across all the Teams and People in Strety that you already have access to. You can even apply filters for team groupings and adjust the date range for even more customized insights.
Drilldown into your data
Each chart is enabled with drillldown, so if you want to see which Rocks have no milestones or have been off track for 2 or more weeks, click into the data for an actionable table
From there, you can open the Rock directly and comment, create an issue, or add To Dos to help course correct
Core Reports
Teams
This filterable report shows a team by team quarterly summary that highlights the following:
Average Agenda Ranking: Average ranking for all agendas within team space for the filtered quarter
Rock Status: Latest status of all Rocks within team space
Last Metric Check-in Status: Latest check in for all metrics within team space
To Do Completion %: Completion percentage of all To Dos within team space created within filtered quarter
Issue Completion %: Completion percentage of all Issues created within team space created within filtered quarter
We also show a summary of the latest agenda completed with the team space beneath the summary
Rocks
This report shows you a check-in summary of all rocks across all team spaces as well as a quarterly summary of all rocks from previous quarters. We've also added quick filters that allow you to gain actionable insights:
Last Checked in > 14 days: Rocks that do not have an updated status. Ping the owners and ask them to provide an update on these rocks!
Off Track > Check-Ins: Highlights Rocks that have be experiencing troubles - create an issue from these Rocks to IDS in your next meeting
Overdue: Rocks with Due Dates in the past. You can either update their due date or mark them as Missed or Completed and move them to the Archive
No Milestone: Rocks that could potentially be broken down further to improve likelihood of a successful completion
Click into any segment of the chart or the quick filters are an actionable drilldown table - allowing you to act directly from the report

To Do Analysis
This report allows you to keep an eye on To Dos that can easily slip through the cracks; surfacing To Dos that are reassigned, have their due dates pushed out, have been open the longest, plus a summary of any To Dos that you yourself have assigned to other members
Annual Growth Plan
This clean read-out shows the linkage between your Annual Goals (found on your Company Vision) and any Contributing Rocks, allowing you to see the status of the Rocks most directly affecting your organization's top objectives

Teams Summary
This collection of reports allows you to filter by Team(s) and Date Range to see history of all completed Agendas, Rock Status, Issues by Team, & To Dos by Team - again, all with drilldown enabled. This report is the perfect place to assess who is using Strety & how often
Issues & To-Dos Added & Resolved
This pair of reports provides a week by week lookback at the specific Issues and To-Dos that were added and resolved; we added headers so you can see the items broken down by teams
To-Dos Currently Open
This report allows you to see every currently open To-Do, again, filterable by team and/or person, making it a quick & easy way to gauge how much any given team or individual has open on their plate
