If you're taking advantage of our Action Item linking feature and sending Strety Action Items to MS Planner, MS To Do, Connectwise, Autotask, or Halo PSA we allow you to set defaults for each tool that will automatically send your Action Items to your preferred destination.
How to Set-up Default Linking
From your personal Integrations page, toggle on the Default Linking setting
NOTE: this is a personal setting where all Action Items you are assigned will automatically be be sent to your desired destination. Soon we'll extend Default Linking settings to the Team level
