The Strategic Vision & Execution Plan (SVEP) is your organization's northstar. It serves as the blueprint for what your organization is, what it stands for, who it serves, and defines it's top-line goals for the next decade
Your SVEP consists of the following parts:
Purpose - Why the company exists
Core Business - What you do
Core Values - Your purpose or mission
Pinnacle: The top of our mountain - Where is your company going? Dream big!
Annual Growth Plan - What you intend to accomplish in the upcoming year
Goals - The 7 organizational Goals that determine your annual focus
Milestones - What you intend to accomplish in the upcoming 3-5 years
Quarterly Execution - What you intend to accomplish in the upcoming quarter
Rocks - Your active Company Rocks
Taken together, your SVEP aligns everyone under a shared vision for where you are headed, why you are heading there, and how you plan to get there
To access your SVEP click on the Company tab from anywhere within Strety
How to add/edit your SVEP
Click edit on any of the sections
Note: You can add attachments within the descriptions
How to add/edit your Key Metrics
Most orgs track more than just Profit & Revenue. Add any additional Key Metrics your organization is focused on from the Annual Growth Plan, Mid term milestones, and Quarterly execution sections:
How to Link Rocks to Annual Goals
Often times, your Company & Departmental Rocks align directly to 1 or more Annual Goal in your SVEP. Strety makes it quick & easy to see the progress being made across all the Rocks that contribute to your Annual Goals
To link Rock(s) to your Annual Goals, click into the Annual Goal and select any/all contributing Rocks
You can also link Rocks to Annual Goals by opening the Rock itself and making your selection there
How to add/edit your Flywheel
Click Edit Flywheel within the Quarterly Theme section
From here, you can upload an image and add/edit your Flywheel's segments & descriptions
How to Restrict access to your SVEP
By default, your SVEP is visible to your entire organization. If you'd like to restrict any or all of the sections to only leadership we give you that option. Click on the 3-dot edit menu from anywhere within the SVEP and toggle to your specs
How to Add a Strategic Vision & Execution Plan for Each Team
For teams that may operate more independently or differently than the rest of your organization, they can create their own custom SVEP separate from the organizational one.
To enable team-level SVEP, click Setup Tools from your Space's 3-dot menu:
Toggle on the Strategic Vision & Execution Plan option
Click the newly added SVEP tab to begin adding/editing your team-specific plan
