One of the benefits of Strety for Pinnacle and 1x1 Management, is that it doesn't feel like another tool you have to log into. Especially for Action Items that come out of Weekly Tacticals, Rocks, Topics, or Announcements. This is because we have the ability to link a Strety Action Item to Microsoft Planner

Two Way Syncs!

Strety and Planner two way sync. The Action Item must originate in Strety, but once it's linked to Planner we will keep due dates & completion status in sync between the two platforms

How to Set-up Planner Integration

To set-up your Planner integration, head to Integrations from your avatar (top right) and follow the prompts to Add Planner

NOTE: Planner does require an O365 Admin to provide one-time consent for all members of your org to use the Strety <> Planner integration.

Follow the Consent for your Organization prompts to ensure this permission is granted. For more on the permissions required for Planner, check out this doc

Linking Strety Action Items to Planner

When you create an Action Item, click on the Planner icon before saving that Action Item. You just have to pick which "plan" and then it will get created there.

How it works

Click on the Planner icon and a plan dropdown appears.

Once created, you will now see the Action Item linked to that Planner Task

And in Planner you will see it created in that Plan
