Updated over a week ago

We're continually making improvements to Strety as you can probably feel each week. Here are the big changes since our last changelog just 4 weeks ago.

πŸ•Ί Peer Reviews (aka 360 Reviews)

We launched "Reviews" back in Q1 and have been constantly improving the feature based on your feedback - you know who you are! Last week, we implemented "Peer Feedback." With this functionality, you can run customizable 360 reviews and get feedback from anyone in your org. Pretty sweet if you ask me! This is how we do reviews.

πŸ’° Coaches License (Free)

We love our coaches, guides, and implementers - so much so, we created a new role just for them. The best part? It's completely FREE. These coaches roles have the same functionality as an Admin but they cannot be assigned anything nor will they get notified of anything (except meeting summaries of course). You can have up to 2 coaches on your Strety org.

πŸ“¨ Messages Tool for Teams

Sometimes we get a little selfish and do features for us. We use Strety not just for our Business Operating System (B.O.S.) but for project management. And a key component was being able to create long form messages that stayed within context of a team. This "tool" is turned off by default for all teams but you can turn it on and test it out (from your team settings). It's awesome and it's how we communicate around our most important collaborative initiatives (no more silo'd emails or disjointed Teams messages). Want to talk Strety for Project Management? πŸ”” Quick Reactions on all Comments

Ok, another selfish one. You may have noticed we added commenting, @ mentions, and awesome notifications last month; well, we beefed it up with "Reactions" feature this month. It's more than just a place to put emojis, there's a short text field to add any type of quick comment! We love it. You'll love it. The user who owns the comment will get notified of any new reaction every 3 hours. Try it out! πŸ‘

πŸ•Ί Custom GIFs for Tangent Alerts and Agenda Closures

Businesses & meetings can be fun, which is why we had those silly gif options for tangents and meeting closure. By popular demand, you can now edit the GIF links for these. Only limitation is we only use URLs from GIPHY.com. Try it out and change things up a bit! :)

πŸ† PDF Export Report

Some coaches don't care about software, they prefer pen, paper, and PDFs (we take no offense, but we'll win them over). Well, now you can export a report of a Team in a beautiful PDF and choose what you want to add from the Strety toolkit. Many folks who've switched from Bloom have asked for this and we wanted to deliver before end of the quarter. Your coaches, guides, and implementers can thank us later!

πŸš€ And more fun...

There's always small-ish things we work on that bring your feature requests to life. Check out the highlights that didn't make the list above

  1. Saving Clicks with Inline Updating nearly everywhere - We spent quite a bit of time making due dates and assignees just one click editable from anywhere. Saving clicks, saving time.

  2. Edit Notes after a meeting is done - After you complete an agenda, we now allow you to edit notes. Doesn't mean you can change history. Well maybe it does.

  3. Drag and Drop ordering of To-Dos in Rocks - We use Rocks sometimes as "projects" so we made it easier to move around To-Dos that are related to that Rock. Feels nicer to organize the way you want.

  4. Export Metrics to CSV - Some people like to get really jiggy with their Metrics and we don't want to be Excel. So we created a "Export" to CSV for weekly metrics. Go get'em!

If you made it this far again, you're the best and I thank you!!! We're doing this all for you... and for ourselves. Kind of a selfish month. :)

Cheers,

Brian
