Our official support hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST, excluding holidays.
Outside of these hours, including holidays, we have limited team coverage monitoring the queue, primarily for urgent or emergency issues. While we may occasionally respond to other inquiries during off-hours, non-urgent requests are typically addressed on the next business day.
