Strety Changelog # 7 2026 December

Written by Derek Weaver

Hope you've had a safe and loving holiday season!! We wanted to send off 2025 with our last changelog of the year. But for this one I’m splitting this into two sections, (1) Feature updates and then (2) Some Invites for you (User group meetup in Dallas… and a newsletter about us converting to being EOS Implementer led!)

Let’s get into it….

FEATURE UPDATES since Dec 5th

🔥 New Agenda Templates & Faster Creation

For our EOS Implementer community, we have improved our Quarterly Agenda and added Focus Day, VB1, and VB2 Agendas. You can now get to those agendas and others faster by clicking on the Create Agenda button dropdown arrow too. [video Demo].

❤️ Rocks Page Redesign

There’s nothing I like more than sprucing up a page design. And Rocks needed it. You can see our company page rock design here notice we removed the table look and cleaned up & clarified the columns, making it super obvious as to when your Rocks were last checked-in!

💪 Kill, Keep, Combine

This will be easier to show over video but in Rocks page you’ll see a KKC button that opens a modal. This will help you more quickly create Rocks in your quarterlies. Consider this a V1; soon we’ll be adding Long Term Issues to the idea list for KKC. [Video Demo]

✅ Team VTOs can now Mirror Company Vision page

For Team VTOs, we allow you to mirror the Vision from Company VTO. You can change that if you want of course but we are being much more EOS Pure focused these days!!! [Video Demo]

🤖 Notes in Agendas Now AutoSaves

For you intense notetakers out there, we can now autosave anything you write in notes in an agenda. [Video Demo] Maybe one day we’ll have AI take those notes for you. Maybe that day is very soon. Who knows. Tell me if that sounds amazing to you (spoiler, it’s amazing…..it’s coming).

🎙️ Comment Natively in Slack
Now (or some time today!) when you get a notification in Slack, there is a comment button for you to comment natively from Slack, so you can keep working where you already are. We just snuck this in before year end! A small big as we say!

💻 December Webinar Series

We hosted (3) webinars in December. In case you missed them, here are quick links to the recordings:

  • New Feature Webinar: Showcasing everything we added from October - December

  • Strety Reviews: Deep dive on Strety’s Reviews, incl quarterly conversations, customizable performance reviews, and HR Center

  • Strety EOS+ Tools: Deep dive into Strety Projects, 1x1s, Playbooks, Surveys, AI Assistants, and more! Consider this a must watch for your team leads

✉️ INVITES FOR YOU

User Meetup in Dallas in February!

We are hosting our 2nd User Group in Dallas in February. Our last one in Chicago was epic. We all learned from each other and best of all, the product got better post meetup. Here’s feedback from a Chicago attendee:

“My biggest takeaway was the passion and excitement your team brings to innovation. You’re creating, experimenting, and pushing boundaries and that’s contagious. I left inspired to bring that same energy back to my team, and I can’t wait to see what Strety does next.

I’m all in on this game-changer.”

Grab your spot here! (PS: we think the User Group is even better with a friend, so you get $100 off your second ticket when you buy two!)

Lisa González is our EOSI now!

Lisa González, coauthor of the EOS process book, is our new EOSI for Strety! I’m writing a weekly newsletter in 2026 documenting my/our journey from self implementer to professionally led. Sign up here to follow along. Side note, Lisa is also coming to our February user group meetup!!! She’ll be speaking about process and helping us facilitate the day with questions on how to run EOS in Strety!!

That’s it for 2025. It was an epic year and we’re grateful for your support.
