Promote employee engagement across your entire organization with Strety Check-Ins!

Check-Ins can be used to update others on work, build & strengthen culture, and gather feedback in a transparent, team-building way. Think of Check-Ins a way to...

  • Reduce meetings

    • Why have status check in daily when someone can just write it up when pinged by the system

  • Help onboard new employees

    • Ask "what did you learn this week?"

  • Foster culture in a remote or hybrid company

    • Ask "What'd you do this weekend?

  • Hold people ACCOUNTABLE and be TRANSPARENT

    • Ask a simple "What'd you get done this week?" or "what are you most proud of this week?"

Here's an overview video that explains what Check-Ins are, why they're impactful, and how to set them up:

How to Create a Check-In

Find Check-Ins from the Company tab in the top navbar then select Create

Input the Check-In Question, determine Who you want to ask, and set your Check-in Schedule then click Create

All participants will receive a reminder at the scheduled time to check-in their answer

Responding to a Check-In

To answer a check-in, click into Add your answer at the top of the Check-In

Write-out your response, drag & drop photos, attach files, and even embed videos

Add your Reactions or Comment on any specific Check-in

Space Specific Check-Ins: Company, Team, Person, & Project

Check-Ins can be used in any space type in Strety:

  • Company: For questions you want to ask your entire organization

  • Team: For questions specific to the members of a team space

  • Person: For questions specific to a user - great for onboarding

  • Project: For questions specific to the members in a project

Company Check-ins are accessible to everyone in the organization. Team Check-Ins can only be accessed & participated in by members of the Team Space the Check-In was created in.

If you want to set-up check-ins at the team level, first enable the Check-In tool by clicking on the + and select Check-Ins

Follow the same steps as above for creating team, person, or project space specific Check-ins

Check-Ins can be included in your Project Templates, too
