Annual Growth Plan - Look under your reports tab and you'll see a new Report called "Annual Growth Plan". This report showcases whichever Annual Goals you created in your Vision pages (VTO or SVEP). Personal Vision Pages - Your employees have annual personal goals and career aspirations, too - a Personal Vision - and until now, there hasn't been a great place to document them.
