Before we turn our attention to the new year, we wanted to update you on all the changes to Strety over the past 8 weeks since our last change log email. These are the features that are outside the huge PLAYBOOKS announcement we sent out in November. If you don't know what Playbooks are, check them out here....it's my favorite feature of the year.
🧐 Activity Feed
In the Reports Tab - newly added to the top nav bar! - you'll see a new report called Latest Activity. This is all recent activity across the entire organization from and Space(s) you have access to. There's also a filtered version per Team & Person Space. Great for keeping a pulse on what's going on throughout your organization
🗑️ Trash Bin
We implemented a trash bin feature where you can restore any item accidentally deleted within 30 days of moving it there. After 30 days, we automatically delete from our systems.
🏋️♂️ BrightGauge to Power Metrics!!!
You may be familiar with our previous company, BrightGauge - an analytics software product focused on MSPs - that we founded in 2010 and sold in 2019. Thanks to some friendly pull inside BrightGauge, we were able to secure exclusive API access that allows you to automatically pull data to populate metrics within your Strety scorecards; a huge timesaver if you already use BrightGauge! If you're a current BrightGauge user, test the integration out here. There is a 10% add on fee for this feature
📈 Annual Growth Plan Report
'Tis the season for 2025 planning! We've added a beautiful new report that showcases your Annual Goals and all of the contributing Rocks linked to them within your Company Vision - Check it out under Reports Tab. Read more here on how to link Rocks to Annual Goals and stay fully informed of the progress made to your organization's biggest goals throughout the year!

1/2/3 Prioritization - Prioritize the top 3 Issues 3 by clicking 1/2/3 button at the top of the list. This will open up a modal with all issues that someone can rank 1/2/3
Improved Threaded Comments - When adding comments to an Issue or To Do, you'll see them in-modal along with any other activity associated to the item.
The GOOSE slide! - Speaking of comments, we do a ton of them. And sometimes we just want to scroll to the bottom or the top. So we implemented a slider on the side. Check out this video to see what craziness I'm talking about.
Categories in Rocks & Metrics - One of our most requested features - Now you can set-up custom categories to label your Rocks & Metrics your way. Once you've added categories, use the Group By Category filter for a new way to view your Rocks & Metrics in your weekly meetings
To-Do Completion Notification - Tired of To Dos slipping through the cracks? Now, if you are subscribed to a To-Do and it gets completed, you will get notified via email, Teams, or Slack!
All that being said, it was a hell of a year and we can't thank you enough for being a customer. As many know, we are a small team of software veterans that are relatively new to the market. But boy will 2025 will be bonkers. We have some major announcements coming and big time features as well, so keep your eyes and ears peeled....
