🎯 Link Quarterly Rocks to Annual Goals
This is a favorite one of ours: you can now link Quarterly Rocks to Annual Goals in the Company Vision section of Strety. This allows you to keep track of which Rocks tie back to which goals you set for the year and see them consolidated when viewing annual goals.
🤝 New Vision Design & Translations
We've onboarded a bunch of EOS implementers and this was their first request, to tighten up our design to be bit more familiar to the EOS purists out there! So we've updated the design of each Vision page and allowed for customizing the language with each container and tab!
🏋️♂️ Private Roles Charts
The EOS world calls this the Accountability Chart and others will call it an org chart, but we call it Roles Chart to keep everyone happy. Now you can create private roles charts per team (great for forecasting!). Just turn it on at the Team Tool level and create away. Read more here
📈 Roles Chart Upgrades - Statuses, Comments, & Translations!
Speaking of Roles, we added the ability to change status of a role between fulfilled, needs hire, and needs more resources. This way you can visually see the needs or a dept when looking at the chart. Since everyone names these things differently, we put the power in your admin hands to rename the chart, what a role is, what a responsibility is, etc. And lastly, we added the ability comment on a role or create an issue from it!
👀 Hubspot & Monday.com Integrations!!!
We are the most integrated BOS platform on the market already and we haven't stopped. We added Hubspot as a To Do integration and Monday.com is coming soon, maybe it's out already, but I'm on a roll typing this! Are you a Hubspot user? Learn how to set-up the integration here

These are the smaller but still cool features we added
Set Quarters in Adminland for date filters - If you follow different fiscal calendar than a calendar year, that's cool, you can change this setting in Adminland.
Faster To-Do Creation - When you create a To-Do inline, the next one opens up automatically. Chef's kiss!
Add Spaces to Search - If you want to quickly move to a person or team, you can search for that team and tab right to it.
Company Rock Updates - You can now add Company Rocks directly from the Company tab
Team Creation - Formerly an Admin-only function, now anyone can create a new team in Strety!
